Refund Policy

How refunds work for Grawl subscriptions and credit top-ups.

Grawl is sold through Paddle.com (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. Paddle processes every payment, issues your invoices, and handles refunds on our behalf. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.

30-day money-back guarantee on your first charge

If Grawl is not for you, email support@grawl.net within 30 days of your first subscription charge and we will refund that charge in full. No questions asked. Your subscription is cancelled at the same time and any remaining monthly credits are removed.

The guarantee applies once per customer and only to the first charge of a new subscription.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are not refundable once the new billing period has started, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app (Manage subscription); your plan then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew.

Credit top-ups

Top-up credits are prepaid usage. A top-up is refundable in full if none of its credits have been used. Once credits from a top-up have been spent on data requests, that top-up is non-refundable, because the underlying data costs were already incurred with our providers.

Usage credits

Usage credits (monthly or top-up) are not redeemable for cash and have no value outside Grawl.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you believe you were charged twice or charged in error, email us with the invoice number and we will investigate within 2 business days. Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded in full.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including rights that Paddle extends to consumers as merchant of record.

How to request a refund

Email support@grawl.net from the address on your account with your invoice number (available on the Billing page). Refunds are returned to the original payment method; depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
